You are

• Operational, with a strong command of the techniques and culinary terminology specific to pizzeria operations.

• Rigorous, strictly applying hygiene and safety standards (HACCP).

• Organised, respectful of procedures with a strong capacity for anticipation and responsiveness.

• Collaborative, able to manage inventory and supplies efficiently in cooperation with other teams.

You will

• Manage the Pizzeria department independently, from preparation through to service.

• Showcase your culinary creations while maintaining warm and engaging interactions with guests.

• Manage orders and inventories to ensure smooth and efficient production.

• Monitor, prepare and enhance buffet presentations (serving between 600 and 1,800 guests per service).

• Guarantee the quality of culinary services while strictly complying with Club Med hygiene and safety standards.

You will become a Gentle Organizer (G.O)

As a G.O, you carry out your profession with passion while having the opportunity to take part in key moments of our guests' stay. Whether interacting with guests, sharing an activity or showcasing your talents on stage, you help create unique memories.
